  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • cup pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated Stevia
  • teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup ice


  • In a blender combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Garnish if desired with a dash of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
