Ingredients

1 cup low-fat milk

1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon granulated Stevia

1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1 cup ice

Instructions

In a blender combine all ingredients.

Blend until smooth.

Garnish if desired with a dash of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
